Holiday Inn is one of the world’s largest hotel chains with nearly 1,200 active locations. The Holiday Inn & Suites Virginia Beach – North Beach location is one of the top-rated oceanfront resort hotels in Virginia Beach. It is managed by Coastal Hospitality, a full service hotel management company with more than 30 years of experience with major brands from Virginia to North Carolina. In 2016, Coastal Hospitality hired GCP to take over the online marketing and creative for 4 of their hotels in Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks, as well as their own corporate website. While this study focuses on the Virginia Beach – North Beach location, we performed these services across the board. Since 2016, GCP has continued the simultaneous duties with great success and added new responsibilities along the way.
